Exporting Casting, Stamping & CNC Machining Parts for 20+ Years
Neuland is a company manufacturing and marketing casting, forging, stamping and CNC machining parts. We are a bestpoke metal and plastic part manufacturer in China. Our casting and CNC machining parts are mainly made of stainless steel, mild and alloy steel, aluminum, copper and cast iron. With nearly 20 years of experience in production and global marketing, we are capable of producing and supplying castings processed by investment casting, shell casting, lost foam, permanent casting, die casting and traditional floor molding.
Totally 53 Sets of Equipment in Our Machining Workshop
There are totally 53 sets of equipment in our machining workshop, including 3 sets of DMG horizontal machining centers, 16 sets of 4-axle Mazak and 5-axle vertical machining centers, and 16 sets of precision turning machines. We have CMM and various gauges for dimension check, and spectrometer, metalurgical microscope, tensile strength machine and ultrosoinc test machine to control the material. We have passed the ISO 9001:2015 certification.
Annual Casting Capacity of 30,000 Tons
We can also supply value-added services in machining, surface treatment and assembly. We have our own core technology and R&D teams. We also provide full-process services including design, manufacturing and debugging. Our total casting capacity is 30,000 tons yearly. Currently, our products are exported to Europe, North America and Australia.

Based on ISO standards, we pay high attention to process control prior to final inspection. PPAP can be set up once required by the customer. A spectrometer for material chemical control, a hardness tester and tensile strength tester for the mechanical property, microscope for the metallurgical property.
